Need some one on one training?  For an additional charge, we offer personal training sessions with our coaches.

Personal Training Sessions (PTS) are one on one and include endless possibilities.  During a PTS, you can focus on a particular movement that might be causing you problems during the class or you can focus on whole body development through multiple PTS on a regiment built and defined by one of our coaches.

We have clients in for weight loss and weight gain.  We have some that just want to shape up a bit or not get winded when doing minimal movements.
