Strongman training is about true functional strength. It is about lifting heavy, awkward objects (like those you encounter in life) and getting them from A to B - whether that is from the ground to overhead, or from one end of the room to the other. Strongman is about getting you strong to a degree that you never thought possible.

Guess what?  We are all Strongmen and Strongwomen.  We all lift things daily that don't have handles and that aren't perfectly shaped.  Let's learn the right technique to help minimize injury when picking up that cute little bundle of joy or grabbing our luggage out of the car.

Strongman is just that. It's functional strength at it's most basic form.  It's about moving heavy things from one place to another in the most efficient way possible.  

Our Strongman classes are held during our 10:30am CrossFit class on the 3rd Saturday of the month.  Here you will learn how to pickup a concrete ball (no handles?!), carry old school gas cans filled with cement, carry sandbags on your shoulder, and much, much more!
