Congratulations! The fact that you have found us means you are curious about one of the fastest growing fitness movements on Earth. It doesn’t matter what brought you here: a devoted friend’s persistence, a coach or doctor’s recommendation, or maybe inspiration from the latest Reebok commercial…regardless, welcome to CrossFit 615!

The word of the day is engage.  Actually, the word everyday is engage.

engage - verb
1. occupy, attract, or involve (someone's interest or attention).
2. pledge or enter into a contract to do something.
3. participate or become involved in.
4. establish a meaningful contact or connection with.

At CrossFit 615 we stay engaged with you. We pledge our very best to you and at CrossFit 615 we will give you 110% of us so you can reach your health and fitness goals.  We hope you will engage with us! Together, we can move mountains.  

Is it for me? Is it "too hard"?

The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit 615 does not discriminate. Whether you are 50 years old, or have just completed your 50th marathon, are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod or a powerlifting meet…CrossFit 615 will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes CrossFit 615 so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. CrossFit bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day, are designed for anyone to do them.

Yes, anyone.

Scalability” is a word that you will hear frequently here at CrossFit 615. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for all of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone. Your workout = your pace.

{p.s. We refer to workouts as WODs – “workouts of the day” – because, well, acronyms are fun!}

I joined Crossfit 615 more than two years ago. It was shortly after they opened. If I'm honest, I thought I would absolutely hate it. I was extremely out of shape and hated working out. But I was twenty seven and too fat to wear most of my clothes, so it was time to do something. 
I promised myself that I would give 615 a one month trial. If I hated it, I would never go back. My first day was scary, but really fun. The trainers were extremely helpful and very patient with me. I couldn't have been more inexperienced. Seriously, I had never touched a weight in my life. They taught me all the fundamental movements and got me really excited about being healthy. 
On top of that the community is great! Everyone who attends class is really supportive and friendly. After working out with these people I feel like I could do anything with them. I mean, if there were a true zombie apocalypse I only want to fight it with my Crossfit 615 family. I've seen their mental toughness, I know what they are capable of. They are incredible.  
It's been two years since my one month trial and I've never quit. You can find me at 615 4 to 5 times a week! I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been in my life and I don't plan on stopping!
