Yoga is a great way to stretch out those tight muscle fibers from banging out some CrossFit WODs or Drive classes. We are currently offering a Deep Stretch/Recovery Yoga class a couple times a week. Yoga is available to all of our 615 members!
Bring a yoga mat
*Because the nature of Yoga is to relax, yet focus, we ask that you arrive early so the class may begin on time. The first few minutes of class is a warm up to get the body and mind ready for the workout. If you arrive late, within the first 10 minutes, please quietly find a place and join in. Anything after 10 minutes late and we ask you come back another time. Namaste!
